摘要
This study aimed to screen the exogenous probiotics that can be used to reduce excessive liver lipid deposition in Chinese perch (Siniperca chuatsi). Chinese perch were, respectively, fed with basal diet (CK) supplemented with Bacillus subtilis BS1 (B) and Lactobacillus plantarum LP1 (L) for 8 weeks. B group and L group exhibited significantly lower crude lipid content in liver than CK group. The relative area of lipid droplets of B group and L group were significantly reduced compared to CK group. B group and L group showed higher levels of total triglyceride and cholesterol than CK group in plasma. The levels of acetate in gut chyme and plasma of B group and L group were significantly higher than those in CK group. The transcript levels of ampk, ppar alpha, cpt1, cs, hl and apoe in B group and L group were significantly higher than those in CK group. The present study indicated that the two exogenous probiotics (Bacillus subtilis BS1 and Lactobacillus plantarum LP1) can be used in aquaculture to reduce excessive liver lipid deposition in Chinese Perch.
