摘要
E-learning, also known as e-training or internet-based training has been applied in some sectors under the hospitality industry since the technological boom in late 20th century. Throughout the series of studies over these ten years, thus far, no research pertinent to the e-learning in Hong Kong hotels has been conducted. The Hong Kong's hotel industry is extremely important towards tourism. Hence, a research focusing on e-learning's application and development in Hong Kong hotel is unequivocally required.
