The URRT is not only fast, punctual, comfortable and safe, but also brings an increase in real estate price. This paper establishes the prediction model of increase value and gets the final generalized traffic cost model through analyzing the influence of traffic costs and housing costs on residential location. Therefore, we could take research on URRT, bringing increase function for real estate value through generalized traffic costs model as to be helpful to realize the joint development of URRT and the nearby land.
