Opening up of capital project is an important symbol of a country's economic integration into the world economic system. Although China's 90% capital projects have achieved basic convertibility and partial convertibility, but the degree of capital control is still relatively high. The main work to carry out is: first, it will make the domestic and foreign investment more convenient; second, the capital market will be more open; Third, the amendments of "the foreign exchange management regulations".
