摘要
The bearing is a key part of the rotary liner hanger in the drilling engineering of ultra-deep wells and complex wells. However, the load capacity and service life of bearings are always the primary bottlenecks for the development of rotary liner cementing technology. The main failure form of rotary liner hanger bearing is roller end breakage. This paper put forward the improved modification methods of tapered roller to amend the classical modification theory. The improved methods were applied to thrust tapered roller of rotary liner hanger bearing and were analyzed by FEM. The analyzing result show that the improved modification methods are effective and accurate and the improved logarithmic generatrix is the best modification scheme of hanger bearing roller. The research result can provide a practical and theoretical basis for tapered roller bearings in ultra-deep well drilling engineering.
