摘要：

Compared with the disadvantages of the traditional methods, a new method of user investigation based on Web and desktop virtual reality has been proposed. Using the method, user investigation system based on desktop virtual reality has been developed. Taking the dental medical device for an example, a method of user investigation based on desktop virtual reality is proposed for some typical product.
