An IMM tracking algorithm based on a novel target model

摘要：

In the field of target tracking, IMM is a simple algorithm and has good performance. But how to choice target models is a very difficult problem. This paper modifies the IMM algorithm based on a target model presented in [1]. The maneuvering level parameter of this model can be adaptively adjusted through the output of the IMM filter. A lot of simulation results show that the novel IMM has much better performance than IMM whenever track maneuvering target or non-maneuvering target.
