Coke oven battery monitoring and simulating systems were developed and tested under industrial conditions in respect to the prolongation of the coke oven battery life, maintaining its high prodn. capacity and restricting emission of the hazard substances to the environment. Both systems confirmed their good applicability for controlling smart cokeries.
