摘要
In this article, the virtual instrument technique is applied to fault diagnosis of mine primary ventilator, a mine primary ventilator online virtual-testing system based on Labview is developed. This article adopts the disk streaming technique, point by point analysis function and signal processing function to realize the high speed acquisition, real-time data analysis, data storage and processing. System faults such as the mass-imbalance, the impact and friction fault between revolving part and stationary part of ventilator are diagnosed accurately. Engineering example testifies that the system has reasonable hardware configuration, reliable working capability, convenient interactive interface to perform, sufficient precision to satisfy the requirements of engineering. The mine ventilator virtual-testing system makes good use of advantages of the virtual instrument technique, and provides a new method and means for the mine ventilator monitoring and fault diagnosis.
