摘要
User experience is an important factor for e-commerce websites' success. Based on the analysis of the existing literature, this paper proposes five dimensions of user experience of e-commerce websites: brand, visual design, interactive design, information architecture and personalized service, and evaluates the user experience of e-commerce websites by using fuzzy mathematics method.
