Nowadays, structural imbalance in different degree between higher education personnel training and social demand has become the main obstacle of the development of higher education quality. Strengthen the building for the characteristic of specialties is an important breakthrough point to improve the quality of the higher education. We should improve the whole level of the specialty construction by reforming personnel training mode, optimizing teaching staff and strengthening the practical teaching
