Investigation of magnetic properties at low temperatures on permanent magnetic Nd60Al10Fe20Co10 bulk metallic glass

摘要：
The temperature dependence of magnetic properties for Nd60Al10Fe20Co10 bulk metallic glass is investigated. The results indicate that the Nd60Al10Fe20Co10 bulk metallic glass exhibits permanent magnetic behaviour at room temperature. The coercive force and the shape of hysteresis loops change markedly when temperature decreases. AC magnetic susceptibility is measured and a peak at about 18K is found. The peak moves torwards high temperatures when the frequency is increased. This indicates that there are spin glass structures in the bulk metallic glass.
