摘要
The drawbead expert model which embodies the drawing characteristics of the drawbead suitable for a forming analysis is investigated. For introducing the expert model, we first present the equations calculating the drawbead restraining force and pre-strain of basic drawbeads with a multiple regression method. Then, the drawing characteristics of the combined drawbeads are described. Finally, to confirm the application of the expert model to a die design analysis, the forming process for a section of automotive inner hood panel is simulated.
