摘要
Value evaluation of the IT service system is one of the hot topic in PSS (Product-Service Systems) design area. This paper proposes a two-by-two PSS value model and it's application for medical IT service system. The value of IT system is decomposed into two aspects: 1) quality of physical system, and 2) quality of intangible services. These aspects affect to the two value-related issues a) improvement of efficacy and b) improvement of efficiency. The first aspect 1) quality of physical system and a) improvement of efficiency can be quantified by time or costs. On this point of view, this paper introduces a simulation method of medical IT system to evaluate the value of introducing computer systems. Through data collection and implementation of simulator, the result shows how the introduced computer system makes the work of dental clinic more efficient.
