摘要
The synthesis and charge transport property of dicyanomethylene-substituted fused tetrathienoquinoid have been studied. Transistors based on solution casted films exhibited high electron motilities up to 0.9 cm2V 1s1 in ambient conditions without any post-treatment. © 2011 American Chemical Society.
