摘要
In this issue of Cancer Cell, Xue et al. demonstrate that adoptive transfer of tumor-specific Th9 cells can eradicate established tumors containing antigen-loss-variant cells (ALVs) through both direct killing and bystander effects mediated by intratumoral accumulation of extracellular ATP (eATP) that promotes monocyte infiltration and stimulation of IFN alpha/beta production.
