摘要
With respect to the problems of setting bull's-eye and ranking schemes in the actual group decision process, from the aspect of group negotiation and decision system coordination, one establishes a novel multi- object grey target approach for group decision. In this paper, one firstly defines the multi- object group measure matrix consisting of the schemes, indexes, and experts, and then one exploit the thought of the asymmetric Nash bargaining model to construct a two-step optimization model based on the maximization of decision group satisfaction and the minimization of system coordination deviation, so that one can determine the group ideal bull's-eye matrix; what's more, one utilizes the cosine distance to measure the distance between the group measure matrix and group ideal bull's-eye matrix, and gives the schemes ranking. Finally, a case verifies the validity and rationality of the proposed method.
