摘要
Cross-cultural management has been an essential problem which is bothering many transnational corporations. There are great cultural diversities among different cultures, different behavior norm, and different faith etc. These great differences result in cultural friction and cultural shock. The development of transnational corporation would encounter tremendous obstacle even failure if these contradiction and clash could not be solved successfully. This paper gives the points on how to adopt the different kind of Cross-cultural management depending on the different kind of "cultural diversities".
