Efficient Solution of Time-Domain Surface-Wire Integral Equation for Predicting Electromagnetic Responses of Complex Structures

摘要
An efficient marching-on-in-time (MOT) scheme is proposed to solve the time-domain surface-wire integral equation (TD-SWIE) for complex structures. A suitable set of approximate prolate spheroidal wave functions (APSWFs) is chosen as the temporal basis functions. Moreover, a novel integration approach for handling weakly singular inner integrals, along with some new smoothing techniques for treating the outer surface integrals, is applied to the TD-SWIE solver. The proposed algorithm is successfully implemented for a variety of problems involving surface-wire antennas on platforms.
