According to the design requirement of modern hydraulic test equipment integration, multitasking and online testing, a reconfiguration hydraulic online testing method is proposed, which is used in mine hydraulic support equipment. The serial parallel algorithm works, make the system have higher data throughput and better work efficiency. At the same time, the design of automatic measurement system using the reconstruction of virtual, According to detect different target specifications adjusted to achieve the system's online dynamic reconfiguration capabilities. Experimental results show that the technology in the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the system, realizing the function of reconstructing the scene equipment, improve the scalability of the system.
