The effect of stoichimetry of VO2 nano-grain ceramics on their thermal and electrical properties

摘要
The VO2.000 +/- x nano-grain ceramics were prepared by sintering VO2.000 +/- x nano-powders in Ar atmosphere. The influence of stoichimetric ratio of VO2.000 +/- x (0 <= x < 0.050) ceramics on the phase transition heat (Delta H) and resistivity jump of VO2.000 +/- x ceramics in the vicinity of transition temperature (T-c) was investigated. The vertical bar Delta H vertical bar and resistivity jump had similar relation with stoichimetric ratio of VO2.000 +/- x, the vertical bar Delta H vertical bar and resistivity jump of stoichimetric VO2.000 +/- x were the highest in VO2.000 nano-grain ceramics. VO2.000 +/- x nano-grain ceramics held the good electrical properties of VO, materials, and its resistivity jump was about 700 times. (c) 2007 Published by Elsevier B.V.
