Measurement of elastic, inelastic and double-differential neutron scattering cross sections on V, Cr and Pb at energies between 8 MeV and 15 MeV

摘要：
Differential elastic and inelastic neutron scattering cross sections were measured on natural V, Cr and Pb at energies between 8 MeV and 15 MeV. The measurement and data processing procedure was extended to obtain also double-differential cross sections (DDX). Scattering fractions of non-monoenergetic neutrons stemming from the deuteron breakup reaction are subtracted using comprehensive Monte Carlo (MC) simulations.
