摘要
Accelerations and decelerations appear continuously in basketball. Limit and control how and when they occur and the relation with external load can be very useful. The objective of this study is to determine the type of accelerations and decelerations produced by the offensive players during screens situations. Secondly to determine if there are any relationships between players. 389 screens situations (n = 389) were recorded using WIMU PRO (R) technology and a video camera. Each screen was classified according to six criteria. The following variables were analysed: accelerations 1 m / s(2) and 2 m / s(2) (Accel LOW), decelerations -1 m / s(2) -2 m / s(2 )(Decel LOW), accelerations +2 m / s(2) (Accel HI), decelerations -2 m / s(2) (Decel HI), Sigma Accel and Decel LOW (Total LOW), Sigma Accel and Decel HI (Total HI), Sigma Accel and decel LOW and HI (Totals). Subsequently, a normality test and the Krurskal-Wallis non-parametric test was performed. Significant differences (p <0.05) were obtained in all the variables analysed from the position, screen and player criteria. No differences were observed in any of the variables in the exercise, continuation and defense criteria.
