摘要：

We assessed the relationship of renal function and the clinical outcome in 2314 patients treated by drug-eluting stent (DES). At 24 months, the cumulative major adverse cardiac events (MACE) rate and the composite of death and myocardial infarction were higher in the patients with severe chronic kidney disease (CKD). Severe CKD identifies patients at high risk of MACE following DES implantation. © 2008 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
