Some data on the fauna of free-living nematodes of Lake Biwa (Japan)

摘要：
In samples from Lake Biwa (Japan), a total of 23 free-living nematode species have been found, two of them new to science. The family Tobrilidae was the most diverse in taxonomic composition: seven species from three genera. Dorylaimus stagnalis Dujardin was the dominant species in regards to number of specimens in samples. Descriptions and drawings of the new species Tripyla grygieri sp. n. are presented.
