摘要：

This study aims to reveal the evolution direction of land institution through the analysis of changes in land institution. Methods of cobweb model and institutional economic analysis are employed. The research results indicate that, the focus of land institution evolution is transforming. from income and property system to price, common platform and order system. It is concluded that the maturity of land market trading order, the structure of public platform and applying the existing system such as property basement and trading rules to the rural land market.
