We theoretically study the impact of the coherent manipulation of electronic states in double vertical lens-shaped circular InAs/GaAs quantum dot molecules on the collective optical characteristics (effective permittivity) of three-dimensional arrays of those nano-objects. For the asymmetric molecules we demonstrate an opportunity to drive the effective permittivity by applying an external magnetic field to the arrays. We show that one can observe the changes in the quantum mechanical states of the molecules by monitoring changes of the effective permittivity of arrays of such nano-objects.
