摘要：
The human rights treaty bodies have been recognized by the new Political Constitution of Bolivia. In consequence, the branches of the Bolivian state, especially the judiciary branch generally, and the Plurinational Constitutional Court specifically, must apply the rights interpretation recognized by the Constitution in light of international standards and the preferential application of the latter.
