Synthesis, structures, luminescent and magnetic properties of four coordination polymers based on biphenyl-2,4′,5-tricarboxylic acid and different N-donor ligands

摘要
Four new coordination polymers [Zn(HL)(bibp)](n) (1: H3L = biphenyl-2,4',5-tricarboxylic acid, bibp = 4,4'-bis(imidazolyl)biphenyl), [Co(HL)(bibp)](n) (2), [Co(HL)(bib)](n)center dot 4nH(2)O (3: bib = 1,4-bis(1-imidazoly)-benzene), [Co-1.5(L)(bib)(1.5)(H2O)](n)center dot 3nH(2)O (4), have been synthesized under solvo/hydrothermal conditions, and have been fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), IR spectra, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Structural analyses reveal that both 1 and 2 display a 4-fold interpenetrated framework. Complex 3 possesses a 2D (4,4) network. Complex 4 exhibits a 3D framework with the point symbol of {3(2).4.6(7)}(2){3(2).6(10).7(2).8}. Moreover, phetoluminescence properties of 1 and magnetic properties of 2-4 have also been studied in detail. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
