Key problems of Quality management systems by ISO 9001 in small firms

摘要：
There are several basic problems in quality management systems by ISO 9000. The consequences of this basic problems result to the low effectivity of whole system including accreditations and product quality assurance. The article attempts to subscribe the situation in small firms conducted with electric equipment production or servises. The data was obtain by interviews with firm representatives.
