Low-power optical control of period doubling in injection-seeded Fabry-Perot laser diode

摘要
Reversible control of period doubling is demonstrated in an injection-seeded Fabry-Perot laser diode. A continuous wave injection power of 0.03mW is sufficient to control the pulse repetition frequency with a response faster than 100ps.
