摘要
With the scientific and technological development and human society progress, the manufacturing technology innovation ability has become increasingly important. The governments, academia, or businesses are very concerned about the improvement of manufacturing technology innovation ability. Given that the modern instrument manufacture has a high-tech, multi-variety and small-batch characteristics, this paper analyzes the cause for low innovation capacity of China's current-stage modern instrument manufacturing technology, and explores new ways to improve the above-said innovation capacity. In response to the bottleneck in modern instrument manufacturing, it proposes the use of technological innovation mode based on flexible R&D system, and creates a compatible, extensible, scalable and open flexible development platform system, in order to improve the instrument manufacturing innovation ability.
