Isoelectronic and electronic doping in Sr2FeMoO6

摘要
We report the results from transport and magnetic measurements on Sr2-xLaxFeMoO6 and Sr2-xBaxFeMoO6. The temperature and electronic doping dependence of the thermoelectric power of Sr2-xLaxFeMoO6 is remarkably similar to that observed in the superconducting cuprates. The low-field magneto-resistance decreases with increasing La concentration and we show that it can be modeled by a grain boundary magnetization that is different from the bulk magnetization. The maximum negative magneto-resistance (similar to -25% at 0.8 T) occurs in the Ba2FeMoO6 sample that has the largest resistivity. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
