摘要
. Congenital diaphragmatic hernia is a rare structural defect associated with a high fetal mortality rate. Prenatal diagnose of this affection has developed in the last decades with a parallel improvement in perinatal outcome due to the access to tertiary centers and optimal treatment. Association with other structural defect or with abnormal kariotip has a bad prognosis. Early diagnose, important mediastinal shift, liver herniation, polyhydramnios are additional risk factors. The modern techniques allow an accurate diagnosis and prognosis in most cases. We present a case of early detection at 14 weeks of gestation with bad prognosis.
