摘要
The cost-effective co-sintering route has been considered for the production of Metal-Supported Solid Oxide Fuel Cells in this study. Ferritic stainless steel, composite of Ni-YSZ, and YSZ have been utilized as parent materials for the mechanical support, anode, and electrolyte respectively. The cracking of the multilayers has been avoided by optimizing the de-binding step. The issue of delamination of layers and the interdiffusion of elements have been addressed by the introduction of an 'intermediate layer' (composite of LDC and steel) in between the steel support and the Ni-YSZ anode layers. In general, this work presents the optimization of steps and modification of multilayer design and materials towards the successful fabrication of MS-SOFC by co-sintering.
