摘要
The work deals with upgrading of the temperature mode control in residential accommodation with electric heating due to transition from simple control systems to adaptive self-adjusting systems. Essential shortcomings of widespread on-off relays and other types of regulators are noted. The thermal balance of accommodation at the air heating stage from the initial to the set value is considered. The accommodation is presented as an object with lumped parameters. The paper contains the air temperature curve at the maximum capacity possible at the accommodation heating stage. It defines the transfer function of a control object by three temperature measurements made at the accommodation heating stage. The transfer function is used for selection of an integrating controller with the maximum response speed. The authors received an analytical expression of the law of the heater's capacity control at accommodation heating stages and stabilization of the set temperature mode. A function chart and frequency characteristics of the control system are given. The obtained results form the basis for establishment of an adaptive self-adjusting system assuring a high quality of temperature control in accordance with the individual accommodation parameters.
