摘要
Fatigue reliability analysis of welded joints is one that contains the basic theory of multiple disciplines, including experimental design and methodology, statistical fatigue, mechanical and reliability theory. This paper is a major factor to the experimental determination of high corrosion resistant steel butt welded joints and welded joints S-N curves cross into groups by law and up-down-method, as a high corrosion resistant steel welded joint fatigue performance-based analysis of the impact on the use of railway weld processing method, and TIG remelting process illustrates an example to change the weld residual stress state in order to achieve significantly improved rail steel welded joints with high corrosion fatigue strength purposes.
