Petroleum Project Management Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process Indicators Evaluation Research

China has become the world's largest oil importer, oil project management running to the health of the oil industry plays a big role, and oil project factors be multilateral and complexity. This paper analyzes the factors influencing oil project, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to do the qualitative and quantitative research. The results show that the method basically reflects the influence factors of oil projects, improve the personnel quality, strengthen the organization and management, and improving the efficiency of the project is the important measure of improving oil project management skills.
