In this paper, we establish invariant relations, boundedness, persistence, strictly oscillatory and semi-cycles for the positive solutions of the difference equation x(n+1) a + alpha((x(n) + x(n-1) +...+ x(n-k+2))/x(n-k+1) n = k - 1,k.... where a is an element of [0, infinity), alpha is an element of (0,infinity) and k is an element of {1,2....}.
