摘要
The production of electronic voltage regulators for automobiles in hybrid technology requires testing and adjustment of the semi-finished products (ceramic support with deposited resistances), measuring the operating parameters of the final product. Because the values of normal operating electrical parameters can vary within very narrow limits at high temperature scales and on long time intervals, it is necessary to study the systematic errors for different construction variants of electronic voltage regulators, thus the values of the parameters measured in the production line can establish real values. The values of the operating parameters are defined by the technical specifications of the final product. Because some parameters may vary due to environment temperature variations over short time before entering the steady state, for an acceptable industrial production, the measurements require to use computer technology to adjust the necessary corrections, corrections that depend permanently on the temperature of the working environment and time. The paper presents a constructive variant of an electronic voltage regulator used in the automotive industry for 24V electric systems. The modern measurement chain proposed in this paper and the data acquisition software developed in the LabVIEW environment can lead to the establishment of dynamic correction values. Finally, the proposed solution is tested on different batches of voltage regulators.
