Allen and his colleagues in Stanford University established Microteaching. As a simplified, refined form, it is a practice system with control using modern teaching techniques to train physical education teaching skills of students. It fully uses the function of "simulator" - comprehensive skill training of teaching skills, with good controllability, simple operation and timely feedback. It is a scientific optimization mode for the training of physical education teaching skills of students, fundamentally changing the traditional training methods of students of physical education (P.E.) in Chinese colleges. It is of significance to deepen microteaching theory of P.E., develop P.E. teaching skills of students, and improve teaching practice.
