One-step direct synthesis of ordered mesoporous carbon supported tungsten trioxide for photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B

摘要
The tungsten trioxide composite supported by ordered mesoporous carbon (WO3/OMC) was successfully prepared by using silica-supported phosphotungstic acid composite (HPW/OMS) as a hard template, one-step directly introduces WO3 active sites, and WO3 was evenly dispersed on the OMC surface, and retained highly ordered two-dimensional hexagonal mesoporous structure. The synthesized WO3/OMC composites exhibited significant photocatalytic degradation Rhodamine B (RhB) performance under Xe lamp irradiation, with a degradation rate of 95.2%. And the one-step synthesis of WO3/OMC had better thermal stability than postsynthesis, which indicated the combination of WO3 and OMC.
