摘要：

We report the case of a 58-year-old patient with Gilbert's syndrome and multiple cardiovascular pathologies, including aortic regurgitation with a dilated aortic root, severe mitral regurgitation, and chronic atrial fibrillation. A Bentall procedure, mitral valve repair, and modified radio frequency MAZE procedure were performed.
