摘要
The necessity of national idea for Russia became urgent, it consequences from some features of historical mentality of the country (which are also typical for some other European countries). However, the boycott by liberal circles gave the formation of national ideas into the hands of Soviet restoring intellectual forces. As a result a neopanslavic idea of "Russian World" was formed. The article describes the formation of a half century ago, "the first edition" Russian Panslavism. Considering for a long time the Panslavism as an antistate ideology in the early 1850s government had taken it as official. The article recalls the following disillusion for the "Slavic Brotherhood" and much more significant role of Panslavism in the ruination of historical Russia. The article points out that today's developments are similar (currently: the state at first has rejected Panslavist isolationist ideas, later accepts the idea of the "Russian world" almost as a state idea).
