摘要：

This paper describes the synthesis and the antiplatelet activity of a series of 6-(4-(substituted-amino)phenyl)-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinones. Antiplatelet activity was determined by using the tail transaction bleeding test. All of the newly synthesized pyridazinone derivatives exhibited significant platelet aggregation inhibitory activity. The compounds IIIc and IIIh displayed two times more platelet aggregation inhibitory effect compared with standard drug aspirin.
