Synthesis of Cage-like ZnO/Mn3O4 hollow nanospheres as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries

摘要
Cage-like ZnO/Mn3O4 hollow spheres are synthesized via a solvothermal method. Compared with ZnO solid particles, cage-like ZnO/Mn3O4 hollow spheres showed higher surface area, higher capacity and enhanced rate performance. The reversible capacity of cage-like ZnO/Mn3O4 hollow spheres is 1091 mA h g(-1) after 100 cycles at 200 mA g(-1) and 1318 mA h g(-1) after 300 cycles at 400 mA g(-1). The unique cage-like hollow structure contributes to the excellent reversible capacity. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
