摘要：

Ensure funding is the basic condition of the sustainable development of modern distance education in the rural middle and primary school. Today the project's running and maintenance funds have many problems:first the investment responsibility is not explicit,second the fund raising way is unitary,and then the evaluation of the investment efficiency is deficient,these problems affect the project's sustainable development. This article proposed certain suggestions to consummate the mechanism to ensure funding about sustainable development of modern distance education in the rural middle and primary school in western china.
