摘要
Folk courteous rites, being composed of folk morals and customs, whose courtesy and rites are observed by most people in the society, are one of the important parts of the folk culture, and one of the important components of the moral education in schools. The author has made efforts, from the perspective of modern moral values of the folk culture, to have explored meanings and functions of the moral education. Derived from life, folk courteous rites contain the moral educational function not only to instruct people the social responsibility, but also to constrain their behaviors so as to construct the harmonious interactive relations. There exist several ways and measures to systematically introduce the folk courteous rites into the school moral education. The successful introduction also involves settlements of several relationships. To realize the moral education back to life and close connection between folk culture and the moral education, teachers' efforts to understand the local folk culture and the active absorption of the folk culture by the school authorities are most important to interact the school activities into the local folk culture.
