摘要
The correlation of the martensitic transformation with film texture was experimentally studied. In order to reduce the complexity of the problem, cobalt films with a simple and composition-independent martensitic transformation were chosen. It is shown that the martensitic transformation in Co thin films can be detected by substrate curvature measurements. Furthermore, the developing texture does not seem to be influenced by the transformation, whereas the transformation itself seems to depend on the texture.
