摘要
In this paper the influences of the size of steel structural components on wear resistance is studied in conditions of sliding friction against bonded abrasive. It is detected, that in steels with spheroidite structure the abrasion resistance follows a Hall-Petch relation with the cementite particle spacing. In steels with laminated structure the abrasive wear resistance is directly proportional to the ferritic spacing size, It is also revealed that the change of commercially pure iron grain size in a wide range does not influence on the abrasive wear Besides this the influence of the prior austenitic grain size on wear resistance is established.
